With reduced pupils and better-shaped eyes, the characters look less cartoony and just better! But the Ultra Plain Eyes mod sticks to the aesthetic visuals of Sims 3 while making the eyes just look better. If you want a complete character mod, you’d probably prefer playing Sims 4 than Sims 3.
